Who Is the Osteopathic Center for Healing?
The Osteopathic Center for Healing (OCFH) is an integrative medicine practice in Rockville, MD, serving patients across Montgomery County and beyond. It is led by Dr. Neil Spiegel, DO, MBA, an osteopathic physician who has practiced in Rockville since 1991, and Jennifer Gularson, PA-C, IFMCP, a certified functional medicine practitioner. The team treats chronic pain, joint injuries, hormone changes, fatigue, gut health and skin aging by looking for the root cause and building a plan around each patient.

What Makes OCFH Different?
Time With Your Provider
New patient visits are 90 minutes. Insurance doesn't set the clock here, so there's room for more than one concern.
Two Providers, One Plan
Dr. Spiegel brings osteopathic, pain and regenerative medicine. Jennifer brings functional medicine and hormone care. They work through cases together, so you get both perspectives.
Support Between Visits
Your first 90 days come with regular check-ins from our care team, weekly at first and then every two weeks, so nothing stalls while you settle into your plan.

Sharon helps you get scheduled, set up your patient portal and finish your forms, so your first visit is about you, not paperwork.
Your First Visit
90 minutes with your provider, covering your full history, your questions and the start of your plan.
After
You get a written plan, a team that checks in and a clear next step.
