Neil Spiegel, DO, is founder and CEO of the Osteopathic Center for Healing, a Maryland-based leader in integrative medicine. In practice since 1991, he delivers patient-centered, non-surgical care focused on whole-body healing and lasting wellness.

About Dr. Speigel

Dr. Spiegel is a board-certified physician with more than 30 years of experience specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with advanced expertise in electrodiagnostic medicine and regenerative therapies.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Diplomate of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine, contributing to the education and training of future physicians.

Dr. Spiegel delivers precise, personalized care grounded in advanced clinical insight. I had my initial consultation and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of time, thoroughness, and interest in my medical history that Dr. Spiegel gave to me. He was knowledgeable about my medications and diagnoses and was keen on educating me about both as well as about my other symptoms. First time I have felt that a doctor seems genuinely concerned about improving my overall well being. I look forward to seeing him again and working with him to resolve my issues.

Dr. Spiegel is very thorough in asking questions about what is going on in your life that might affect your health, and he does not jump to conclusions, but will order tests to determine what the root of the problem is. I'll update this review after my test results and treatment are complete, but I definitely feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Spiegel.

I was optimistic about Dr. Siegel after reading other reviews and he did not disappoint. No medical professional has ever sat down with me and asked me for my whole story about when my pain started and how it persists. He was kind and patient and willing to share insight. Great experience after visit 1! The office administrators are very nice and happy to help. I appreciate how everything is electronic. Very well run place. Looking forward to finally resolving some of my long standing issues.

Dr. Spiegel was simply amazing. He spent time with me explaining all of the different procedures and what he felt was best for me. He explained his background and how he began his practice. I felt he was very knowledgeable in functional medicine. He took the time to show be where my knees had problems and why I had the pain that I did. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he answered them with ease. I would recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain. Everyone in the practice was very kind. Dr Spiegel is amazing! Many mainstream doctors never take the time to see their patients as a whole. But, Dr Spiegel loves solving complicated cases. He doesn’t stop until he can find the root cause and the actual solution. If you want to be seen and heard, I highly recommend Dr Spiegel. He is brilliant, he is patient and he is an incredibly compassionate physician. You are in good hands with him.
