Adipose (Fat-Derived) Regenerative Therapy
Fat tissue is one of the body’s richest sources of regenerative cells. During this procedure, a small amount of adipose tissue is harvested, processed, and reintroduced at the site of injury or degeneration. These cells have a natural signaling function, they help recruit the repair processes your body already knows how to run.
Bone Marrow-Derived Regenerative Therapy
Bone marrow contains a concentration of cells with powerful regenerative properties. A small sample is drawn, concentrated, and precisely injected into the treatment area. This approach is particularly well-suited to joint conditions and areas where tissue has broken down over time.
Umbilical Tissue-Derived Regenerative Therapy
Umbilical tissue, sourced from ethically donated, rigorously screened birth tissue, contains growth factors, proteins, and structural components that support tissue repair and modulate inflammation. For patients who are not candidates for autologous (self-sourced) therapies, this can be an effective alternative with a strong safety profile.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
PRP is drawn from your own blood. We isolate the platelets, the components most involved in clotting and healing, and concentrate them well above their normal levels in the bloodstream. When injected into an injured tendon, joint, or soft tissue, this concentrated solution accelerates the repair process. It’s one of the most well-studied regenerative tools we have, with a track record across orthopedics, sports medicine, and beyond.
Prolotherapy
Prolotherapy uses a precisely injected solution to provoke a controlled, localized healing response in weakened or lax connective tissue. Ligaments and tendons have notoriously poor blood supply, which is part of why they heal slowly and incompletely. Prolotherapy essentially restarts that process. It has a long history, used by physicians for over 80 years, and remains a cornerstone of regenerative practice for chronic joint instability and ligamentous pain.

Throughout our regenerative practice, ultrasound and imaging guidance aren’t optional, they’re standard. The difference between placing a solution at the right target versus a centimeter away can be the difference between a good outcome and a missed one.
